BASIC EVENT PACKAGE

We will complete a solicitation mailing on your organization's letterhead to 2,500+ donors.

There will be no need to expect low-end donations such as multiple certificates for miniature golf or inflated photography packages. We only send to the best of the best – hotels, spas, restaurants, salons, theatres, wineries.

We will send out letters to your contacts (IES will destroy your contact list after the mailing; we never keep a client's contacts for our own).

We will write descriptions for auction items, including restrictions, value, and other pertinent information.

We will collaborate with you as to how you want your donations packaged together.

Our administrative team will follow up with up to 10 contacts from whom you would like donations.

For an additional fee, we will follow up with more than ten contacts from whom you'd like donations.

We can put together a dream wish-list and will go after the items you have always wanted at your event but never thought you could get – cars, trips around the world, even a ticket to outer space!
