EBAY EVENT PACKAGE

We will complete a solicitation mailing on your organization's letterhead to 2,500+ donors. We will send out letters to your contacts (IES will destroy your contact list after the mailing; we never keep a client's contacts for our own).

We will pick up items from your office and from donors who request pick-up service. We will sort and categorize the items as they come in, and send you weekly updates with a running total of donated items and their values.

We will provide a weekly updated spreadsheet, communicate with client and committee, and provide administrative & catalog Writer labor.

We will attend one auction-committee meeting.

We will write descriptions for auction items, including restrictions, fair market value, and other pertinent information. We will collaborate with you as to how you want your donations packaged. We will write alluring descriptions and place them live online.

We will take/choose attractive photographs for all items listed on eBay.

We will handle all communication from eBay users – including answering questions, handling any payment problems that arise, and arranging gift-wrapping or special delivery requests.

We will manage the closing of each eBay "wave" we do for you, communicate with winning bidders, and ship all items the day they are paid. As waves close, we will send you a spreadsheet of what each item sold for, subtract the listing fees, and overnight you a check.

The eBay auction does not usually earn the funds of a traditional event, but it's the perfect way to raise funds without lifting a finger! We do all of the work for you.
